Uploading your files is easy! Simply sign in to your account, navigate to the “Upload” section, and follow the instructions to upload your vector files, add descriptions, and set your prices.
Once a customer completes their purchase, the digital files are immediately available for download through their account. They will also receive an email with a download link.
If you or your customer experience any issues with a purchase or file download, please contact us through our Support page. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Yes! Many of our sellers offer custom design services. You can reach out to them directly through their shop’s contact information or message them using the platform’s built-in messaging system.
