How to Upload and Publish Digital Files on the Marketplace “Kalabanya”

Welcome to our marketplace! This step-by-step guide will help you, as a seller, to upload your digital files and publish them.

Step 1: Log in to Your Seller Account

1. Navigate to the marketplace website.
2. Click on the Login button at the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your credentials (email and password).
4. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Seller Dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Product Management Section

1. On your Seller Dashboard, locate and click on the Products menu option.
2. Click on the Add New Product button to start creating a new listing.

Step 3: Enter Product Details

1. Product Name: Enter a descriptive title for your file. Ensure it reflects the content, such as “Floral SVG Bundle”.
2. Description: Provide a detailed description of your file. Include:
   • File formats (e.g., SVG, DXF, PNG, PDF, etc.)
   • Compatibility (e.g., Cricut, Silhouette, CNC machines, etc.)
   • Specific features or details of the design.
3. Categories and Tags:
   • Select appropriate categories for your product (e.g., “SVG Files”, “CNC Designs”).
   • Add relevant tags to improve search visibility.

Step 4: Set the Price

1. In the General tab, specify the price of your product.
   • Enter the regular price.
   • If you’re offering a discount, enter a sale price and set the date range for the discount period (optional).

Step 5: Upload Digital Files

1. Navigate to the Downloadable tab.
2. Enable the Downloadable checkbox.
3. Click Add File and upload your digital file(s). You can:
   • Drag and drop files into the upload box.
   • Or click the upload button to select files from your device.
4. Enter a file name for each uploaded file to help buyers understand what they are downloading.

Step 6: Add a Product Image

1. Scroll to the Product Image section.
2. Click on Set Product Image.
3. Upload or select an image that visually represents your product (e.g., a preview of your design).
4. Optionally, you can add additional images in the Product Gallery.

Step 7: Configure Inventory (Optional)

1. Go to the Inventory tab.
2. Set a unique SKU for your product (optional).
3. Check the Manage Stock box if you want to limit the number of downloads available (optional).

Step 8: Preview and Publish

1. After entering all necessary information, click the Save Draft button to review your product.
2. Use the Preview button to see how the product will appear to buyers.
3. Once satisfied, click Submit for Approval (if admin approval is required) or Publish to make your product live.

Step 9: Review and Manage Your Listings

1. After publishing, your product will appear under the Products section in your dashboard.
2. You can edit, duplicate, or delete listings at any time.
